SquadSync is a grassroots football team management app that helps coaches and team managers organise teams, squads, fixtures, live match management, player statistics and match reports. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

  • Team data: teams, players, squad details and formations you create and manage.
  • Match data: fixtures, line-ups, match events, scores, ratings and match reports.
  • Feedback: any feedback or suggestions you submit through the app.

  • To provide and operate the team management features of SquadSync.
  • To calculate and display player and team statistics.
  • To generate match reports and summaries.
  • To respond to your feedback and improve the app.

4. Data Sharing

Your team, player and match data is visible to the administrators of the teams you belong to. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Feedback you submit is sent by email to the SquadSync app administrator for review.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform infrastructure. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Match and player data is only accessible to authorised users within the app.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your teams and associated data at any time from within the app, or by contacting the app administrator.

7. Your Rights

You may access, update or delete the team and player data you have created. To exercise any rights regarding your account or personal data, contact the app administrator via the in-app feedback feature.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app with an updated revision date.
