By creating an account and using SquadSync, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SquadSync provides tools for managing grassroots football teams, including squad management, fixture scheduling, live match management, player statistics, match reports and related features.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login details confidential.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the team, player and match data you create within SquadSync. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter and store player information, including any consents required under applicable data protection laws. You grant SquadSync a licence to process this data solely to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use the app only for lawful team management purposes.
  • Do not enter inaccurate or misleading player or match data.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
  • Respect the privacy of players whose details you record.

6. Player Statistics & Match Reports

Statistics, ratings and match reports generated by SquadSync are based on the data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only. They may not be completely accurate and should not be relied upon as official records.

7. Disclaimer

SquadSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquadSync and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using SquadSync and delete your teams at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
